This policy describes the types of information Ploutos Studios ("We") may collect from you or that you may provide when you visit and utilize the budgeting software available through our apps, software, and the website ploutosbudget.com (collectively, our "Site"). This policy applies to information we collect on the Site, in email, text and other electronic messages between you and this Site and, through mobile and desktop applications you download from this Site.

Generally, this includes analytics, user database management, managing support and contact requests, transaction aggregation, hosting and backend infrastructure and infrastructure monitoring.

Sharing of Information

We do not sell users' data!

We share data to fulfill the purpose for which you provide it; to enforce or apply our Terms of Use, including billing.

Children's Privacy

Ploutos Studios does not knowingly solicit or collect personally identifiable information online from children under the age of 13. If we learn that a child under the age of 13 has submitted personally identifiable information online without parental consent, we will take all reasonable measures to delete such information from our databases and not use such information for any purpose (except where necessary to protect the safety of the child or others as required or allowed by law).

Personal and account information can be deleted by emailing us requesting deletion. Please note that while we make reasonable efforts to comply with such requests, deletion of your personal information does not ensure complete and comprehensive removal of that data from all systems.

California Privacy Rights

California residents have the right to request certain information regarding our disclosure of personal information to third parties for their direct marketing purposes.

Ploutos Studios has not and does not transfer information to third parties for direct marketing purposes. In the event we decided to do so in the future, we would provide advance notice.

If you are a California resident, you also have the right to access, or to request that we delete, any personal information we have collected about you, and inquire about our collection, sale and disclosure of your personal information by emailing us.
